The gun and ammunition found at the girlfriend’s home

The Police have said that contact was made with the nurse, and she claimed to be the murder suspect’s girlfriend. A search was conducted in her home, but nothing of evidential value was found. However, a search done in the yard discovered a black haversack under a tree.
When opened, a Beretta handgun with one magazine and two live 9MM rounds of ammunition were found.

She was then told of the offence committed and cautioned, whereupon she remained silent.
