Daniel Singh of Third Street, Grove, East Bank Demerara a was on Thursday arraigned before Magistrate Sunil Scarce at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrates’ Courts to answer a charge of break and enter and larceny, committed on December 9 on the dwelling house of 66-year-old Prettipaul Singh of Grove Housing Scheme, EBD.
The 21-year-old defendant denied the charge, and was remanded to prison after he was refused bail. He is expected to make his next court appearance on January 17.
