Grove pedestrian crossings repainted by Policing Group
Several pedestrian crossings along the Grove Public Road on the East Bank of Demerara (EBD) were on Sunday painted following an exercise by the members of the Grove Community Policing Group.

This activity was undertaken in light of the fact students would have returned to their respective schools on Monday after a two-week break for the Easter vacation.
As such, several pedestrian crossings at Market Street, Station Street, School Street, and Campbell Street were refreshed with paint. This is expected to highlight the use of the crossings, which is sometimes overlooked.
