The Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company (GTT) announced on Thursday that it has redesigned its Point of Sale (POS) signs, which will aid in making its “Top-Up” locations more visible to customers nationwide.
The company’s Mobile Product Marketing Manager, Ubrina Khan, said that persons can look forward to the company’s “Together We Rise” symbol whenever they need GTT credit.
“We have already begun deploying the Top-Up signs around the country and we wanted to ensure our customers are able to identify GTT ‘Top-Up’ vendors more easily,” she said.
Khan explained that since some customers are familiar with their agents, it would be easier for them to familiarise themselves with the signs.
“Many are familiar with our agents country-wide; they now just have to familiarise themselves with the new and improved signage – making our agents even easier to be identified,” Khan added.
With over 2000 Top-Up Vendors across Guyana, GTT’s mobile customers can easily add credit to their phones from any of these locations nationwide.
