Jamaican reggae superstar, Jamar McNaughton, more popularly known as “Chronixx” is set to headline the GTT “Smile Guyana” Concert billed for the Guyana National Stadium this Saturday evening.
The artiste is known for his signature tune “Smile Jamaica” has several other hits under his name, such as “Here Comes Trouble”, “Capture Land” and “Big Bad Sound” among others.
Sharing the same stage as Chonixx will be the Heatwaves Band featuring some of the best Guyanese artistes including, Tenicia Defreitas and Mark Batson among others. Also performing will be Alabama, who is known for his versatile singing skills.
The show is one of the most talked about and most promoted event to be held here. In fact, two persons who would have purchased tickets for the show were lucky winners of $1 million each.
On the night of the show, one patron will also become a millionaire as the telephone
company will be giving away another million dollars.
GTT customers can purchase general admission tickets at any of their main locations at a cost of $2000. General admission tickets for persons using the red network have to pay $3000 in advance and $3500 at the gate.
Stage front tickets will cost $10,000 and VVIP tickets cost $15,000. Tickets will also be available at the venue.
