The Guyana Table Tennis Association (GTTA) will host their annual General Meeting and election of officer bearers on Saturday March 24 at the Guyana Olympic Association (GOA) building, Block XXX Liliendaal Greater Georgetown from 13:00h.
According to a release on Monday, “notices of motions must reach the General Secretary no later than march 19.”
Each club registered with the Association is entitled to send as many delegates as may desire, however, only one authorized member will be allowed to vote.
Clubs are reminded to ensure that their annual subscriptions have been paid by March 16 so as to be able to exercise their franchise.
The agenda for the day will begin with Welcome, Minutes/ Matters Arising, President’s Report, Secretary ‘s Report, Treasurer’s Report, Motions, Election of Office Bearers for Period 2018-2020, Installation of Office bearers and Any Other Business.
