Guinness Crab Fest to engulf West Side

The West Demerara Corridor has been in the grip of a frenzy of anticipation as folks there prepare for the first ever “Guinness Crab Fest”, to be launched at Felisha’s Licious Grill at Lot 14 Anna Catherina, West Coast Demerara.
Officially launched on Wednesday, August 11, the event will continue at the said venue every Thursday and Sunday, commencing promptly at 13:00h.
Felisha’s Licious Grill is a breezy and comfy entertainment hotspot that has been raking in large weekend crowds as a result of its many innovative and intriguing entertainment party concepts.

While large gatherings flock the venue to soak up the luxury of being able to grill their own meats on tables as they sip drinks and engage in conversation, things have now been taken a notch higher, as they are to be afforded even more exciting treats at the Crab Fest event.
At the Crab Fest, patrons will be allowed to grill their own crab meat on the spot, and watch it cook to perfection even as they sip cold beverages and enjoy live karaoke performances.
Those who are not up to cooking their own crab meat can order succulent dishes of Cassareep Crab, or Grilled Crabbie Explosion, or Fantasia Roasted Crab, or Baked Crabbie Delights, or Felisha’s Crab Intrigue, or the traditional ‘Bun Suga Crab” and many other crab choices.
To make things more exciting, promoters Felisha and George Semple would be giving prizes for “the largest attending crew”, and there would be a special prize for the “jovial big spenders”. A special table will be set up for media representatives who are invited to the event.
Other interesting events to be held in future at the venue are live acrobatic shows, a vocal talent search, a Westside Dancehall Queen contest, and curry duck cook- off showndown.
