The fourth Kares CrossFit Licensed event was held in Paramaribo, Suriname, on December 13 and 14, 2025, at the Andre Kamperveen Stadium and Ring Sports Center.
Some 60 athletes from around the world competed for over US$40,000 in cash and prizes. Athletes from the USA, the United Kingdom, Aruba, Suriname, France, French Guiana, Curacao, and Guyana participated in these very challenging events.

Athletes competed in five events over the two days, with Event One held on Saturday, which included a five-kilometre row, followed by sandbag cleans and an 800-metre run.
Events Two through Five, which included gymnastics, weightlifting, and conditioning, took place on Sunday at the Ring Sports Center. The events contested were Row Climb Run, Hammer Up and Down, Lord of the Rings, Going Dark, and Walking Dead.
In the U15 category, Devesh Rameshwar from Guyana won all the events and walked away with cash prizes totalling US$1000. In second place was another Guyanese, Samuel Alexander, who carried off US$750, and in third place was Suraj Jhaman, also from Guyana, who won US$500.
In the scaled female category, Pauline Vackier from Aruba came in first place and collected US$3000, while her countrywoman, Ester Vermeulen, came in second place and won US$2000.

In third place was Guyana’s Shanika Estwick, who bagged US$1000.
In the scaled male category, the overall winner was Christen Goeloe from Aruba, followed by Dimitri Stomp from Suriname and Vladimir Woodroffe from Guyana. They carried off US$3000, US$2000, and US$1000, respectively.
In the RX female category, the overall winner was Bryleigh Hansen from the USA, while Veronique Antens from Aruba came in second, and Heather Hudson from the USA took third place. They won US$5000, US$4000, and US$3000, respectively.
Finally, in the RX male category, the overall winner was Omisi Williams from Guyana, followed by Lynell Koolman from Aruba, with George Dutton from the United Kingdom coming in third. The winners also bagged US$5000, US$4000, and US$3000, respectively.
