Guyana are placed in Group E, alongside Austria, Brazil, Canada, Chez Republic, Germany, Ireland and Korea in the 40-team competition.
Mixed doubles is a dynamic form of curling, where it is all about stone positioning, a lot of play to the four-foot circle, and a lot about angles. It is a faster version of curling, and requires only two players on each team.
