A 22-member Guyanese team has jetted off to the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago for the Caribbean Development Championships.
President of Archery Guyana, Vidushi Persaud-McKinnon, at their recent press briefing and team send-off exercise, indicated that it gave her great pleasure to congratulate the participants on their decision to take their Archery shooting a step further.
In this regard, the formal announcement was made as to the team that will be travelling to participate in the Caribbean Development Championship Games from Friday, September 29th to Sunday, October 1, 2023 at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, Bacolet, Tobago.

The aforementioned archers include a group of 17 Athletes and 5 Officials. It was disclosed that the Team Leader would be experienced archer, Nicholas Hing.
In addition, Archery Guyana President, Persaud-McKinnon took the opportunity to congratulate Former President of Archery Guyana, Mohamed Gamal Khan and Guyana’s sole Continental Judge for his service and representing Guyana.
