The last quarter of 2023 has commenced, and Guyanese fashion icon Sonia Noel wants to end this year with a bang.
As such, she has teamed up with Tower Suites and Richard Young to host a number of events to equip small businesses. She particularly wants to assist striving entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to elevate their profiles and prepare them to enter 2024 with a purpose to succeed.
Sonia Noel and Richard Young are two passionate Caribbean creatives who are intentional about transforming the lives of regional creative entrepreneurs. They bring a wealth of knowledge to create an enabling space for other creatives to thrive. Against this backdrop, they are channelling their energies in the month of October to add value to service industry professionals, and pursue excellence in service deliverables among the burgeoning Guyanese professional landscape.

Their combined experience and honed expertise afford them the privilege of industry-specific wisdom that can impact the individual lives of attendees to their workshops, seminars, and symposia.
The first event is the “Power of Mindset”, which embraces optimism and belief in our abilities and having faith in the outcome. This is set for October 14, and will be held virtually.
Mindset is a set of deeply-held, powerful beliefs that shape our perception of ourselves and the world around us. It serves as a framework for meaningful work life and holistic life chances. It is the lens through which we view opportunities and our ability to overcome challenges. Mindset plays a significant role in our relationship with success and failure.
The second event, titled “The Other Side of Fear”, focuses on conversations about living intentionally.
When people live in constant fear, whether from physical dangers in their environment or from threats they perceive, they can experience negative impacts in all areas of their lives, and can even become incapacitated. Navigating through fear to live an intentional life is important to everyone.
