Members of the Guyana Police Force (GPF) karate team joined in efforts with the Harpy Eagle Martial Arts Club championship as they battled for supremacy at the New Diamond Primary School over the weekend.
The competition saw the teams walking away with a total of seven gold medals and six silver medals. According to Sensei Troy Bobb, an instructor at both the GPF and Harpy Eagle, he is extremely happy with the results, which have always been good, as every year there is an increase in the number of participants. Bobb declared he was very proud of the GPF, who continues to improve in their every outing.
