Herstelling duo busted with ganja after Police tip-off
A man and woman were taken into custody on Tuesday following the discovery of a quantity of cannabis at Herstelling, East Bank Demerara (EBD).

Based on reports received, Police received a tip-off and went to a house at First Street, Herstelling where a search was conducted during which the marijuana was found. It was later weighed and amounted to 45 grams.
The occupants of the house, a 52-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, were promptly arrested. Investigations are ongoing.
