Highlander clinch 6-wicket win over Everglade Strikers

– Joseph stars with all-round effort

The Highlander team has taken a six-wicket win against Everglade Strikers in a low-scoring game in the Capital District Association league.
In the low-scoring match played at Grout Park Schenectady, Strikers posted 93 all out in their allotted 20 overs, with Sai Pathakamuri top scoring with 25, while Zareen Zadran Kumar claimed 3-19 in four overs.

Kumar Joseph and Joshua Dhanai

Former Rose Hall Town Youth and Sports Club player Kumar Joseph had 2-21 in his four overs, while Joshua Dhanai had 2-25 in a collective bowling effort.
Joseph returned to open the batting, and posted a top-score of 28, which included two fours and two sixes.
Former Port Mourant Cricket Club player Dhanai scored an unbeaten 20 as Highlander ended on 94-4 in 14.5 overs.
Bowling for Strikers, Ashish Parbatani had 2-8 in two overs, while Srikanth Pebbana and Ramesh Padala each had one wicket.
