Action at the National Stadium

The Pepsi Hikers came into the game against the YMCA Old Fort as they managed to put the puck into the back of the net from Robert France in the 13’.
Despite conceding, the Hikers held their composure as they managed to strike the ball for the two goals from national player Shaquon Favourite in the 24’ followed by Warren Williams in the 33’.
The Bounty GCC men had a close match against Saints men, but held on to run out 2-1 winners. GCC started out with a bang and needed just two minutes to find the back of the net: Frederick Kush finishing off a sweeping team move to make it 1-0. After conceding though, the Saints showed good composure and returned pressure in the midfield.
However, they could not find an answer and halftime saw the score remaining at 1-0 in favour of GCC.
