Twenty-eight-year-old Lynn Fredericks, a housewife of Kamarang Landing, Upper Mazaruni, Region Seven (Cuyuni-Mazaruni), was remanded to prison on Friday, on an unlawful wounding charge.
Fredericks was arrested and charged on Thursday, in relation to an incident involving a male at Kamarang Landing.
She appeared before Magistrate Teriq Mohamed at the Kamarang Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to her. She reportedly pleaded guilty and was remanded to prison until August 28, 2026.
