An elderly ice cream vendor was granted bail at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts before a city Magistrate on a charge of using threatening language against his nephew.
Brian Chung Hung, of 58 Robb Street, Lacytown, Georgetown, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
It was alleged that at Robb Street, Lacytown, he made use of threatening language towards Troy Wills causing a breach of peace.
The Virtual Complainant was a no-show at the court. The defendant was placed on $5000 bail, and was scheduled to make his next court appearance on October 25, 2016.
