IMC needed to manage Georgetown

Dear Editor,
I believe it is time for President David Granger to establish an Interim Management Committee (IMC) to manage the city of Georgetown and to investigate the management of City Hall.
The longer this process takes, the more embarrassing it will become. The Town Clerk seems to be making ‘fly by night’ decisions without fully giving any proper thought or consideration to the people he and the Council serve.
I also firmly believe the Mayor may have had good intentions before the high responsibility was given to her by the people, but may have lost her way therein, giving up the hard battle of dealing with the host of corruption that seems to permeate the M&CC.
Installing an IMC may be the best solution to fix the many challenges the M&CC now experience.

Sincerely,
Ivan Bentham
