Infinity Racing Stable signals strong intention in Guyana’s horse racing

Guyana’s horse racing continues to diversify rapidly, and this was again evident at the spectacular 18th running of the Guyana Cup on Sunday last.
JS Racing Stables was the new stable on the block, wearing the underdog title, but they have established themselves as a powerhouse group. Now, Infinity Racing Stables is the newest stable on the block, and they had a resounding start on Guyana’s horse racing circuit, securing a win in the Guyana Cup sprint with the newly imported Sir London.
Badesh Thakur, owner of Infinity Racing Stable, was delighted with his maiden win on debut.

“Words can’t explain. It is our first meet, and to win on our first day is exciting. Not a lot of owners can say that. There is a lot more coming from Infinity Racing stables; remember the name,” Thakur said.
“We have been around Guyana’s horse racing for a while now. We have been involved in preparation behind the scenes with Jumbo Jet Racing Stable, so we decided to get our own horse and get the winning feeling.”
“It’s really good; it’s a stepping stone for Guyana’s horse racing, and it can only get better from here.”
