Twenty one days flew by so quickly, didn’t it? We will certainly miss this column and having your company. We hope that over these past days you have seen the serious health benefits of yoga and how important it is for us to get in shape. We would like to wish everyone a happy World International Day of Yoga and hope that you would have done some form of yoga today whether if it’s for five minutes –we appreciate that you would have done something and for those who have not done anything yet…please it is not too late.
