These are times of a half-man (NCM), less-than-half Parliament (recent sitting without Opposition), and more-than-half criminal (Kadir). Is some other kind of half or more-than-half being created in Ministries for persons to serve?
How is the post of Administrator at the Natural Resources Ministry related to the Permanent Secretary’s post? Is this administrator’s post another new role? Does the new post of Director-General halve the Ministry, or separate the roles at the top?
Is the coalition itself a kind of half; not joined together, but operating parallel to create half roles, people and new posts?
