Dear Editor,
It must be queried — in the matter of the hush-hush and secret review which was never made public until now — of a two-decades-old decision by a former government agency involving two former employees: Was the matter not referred to the court system, where others have had to go for perceived injustice?
Is this a case of Animal Farm?
