Jaguars, Orealla set to defend Aswell Mohabir Volleyball Titles
Teams coming from as far as Orealla and Siparuta will converge at Blairmont Community Centre Ground at West Bank Berbice this Saturday, February 4 for the Aswell Mohabir Volley Tournament.
The event is the Berbice Volleyball Association (BVA) first fixture for the year and
Female volleyall players are making positive strides in the sport nationwide
will see competition in the male junior and senior categories as well as the female senior division.
It is a one day knock out tournament that will feature top and emerging clubs that fall under the association’s umbrella.
Port Mourant Jaguars-PMTC is the male senior defending champions for the event which is entering its second phase while Orealla females are the ladies’ champion. Quality performances are expected from these two teams on game day.
