Guyanese soca sensation Jumo “Rubber Waist” Primo recently launched his newest single titled “Doh Run” on Guyana’s airwaves and it has been creating some buzz. The song, which was written by the versatile artiste, was recorded in Guyana but produced in St Lucia under the Local Drum Riddim.
The song tells about the energy on the dance floor and pleasing the female party goers. It tells of energetic partying and getting your groove on in a night club. “The song is all about party people having a grand time and enjoying yourself,” Primo stated.
The actual video for the song is in the making and will be released soon. The song “Don’t Run” was first released during the St Lucia Carnival and at the Labour Day celebrations in Canada.
