Fitness enthusiasts will be gearing themselves up for pain and gain when the 4th annual Kares Engineering Fitness Challenge is held at the National Park Tarmac on March 11.
Guyana Fitness Games Event Organiser Jordana Ramsay-Gonsalves explained to Guyana Times Sport on Saturday that the challenge will shift its focus more to the individual scope for which they are hoping to attract 36 athletes.
Though they still be team events, Ramsay-Gonsalves further explained that the bulk of the challenges will remain the same but in two weeks they will make final decision on the various tests.
