She is a tertiary-level graduate.
Currently, she is a proud licensed practical Nurse, attached to the West Demerara Regional Hospital and an aspiring social worker, who aims to transform lives and contribute positively to society. In her leisure time, she enjoys modelling, dancing, singing, drawing and painting. She makes the most of new opportunities and enjoys meeting new and interesting people.  Her favourite quotes are “a dream does not become reality by wishing, it takes courage, determination and hard work” and “Be the change you would want to see in the world”. These are motivational messages that she would encourage anyone to live by.
During her years of work at the medical unit, she has witnessed the rapid growth of Guyana’s suicide rate and its prevalence among young people. Thus bringing awareness of suicide and its prevention to the people is her optimum goal, the precise reason it is her platform in the pageant.  She noted that suicide was everyone’s business, and called on society to make a change.
