A David Street, Kitty, Georgetown woman found herself on Wednesday before Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts for assaulting a male.
Samantha Davis stood before Magistrate Azore and denied that on October 28, 2018, at David Street, Kitty, she unlawfully assaulted Keith Joseph.
Police Prosecutor Warren Thornhill made no objections to bail being granted.
Davis, of Lot 81 David Street, was released on $10,000 bail. The case will continue on November 23, 2018.
