In response to a letter penned some three weeks ago from me to GWI Inc on the matter of low water pressure to the Enmore/Logwood/Foulis area, GWI Engineer Mr Barran visited my home to verify my claims.
Mr Barran took photographs of the water flow and also took samplings from various sections of the community, and was actively on the ground trying to identify the fault. I found this very comforting, as I did of Mr Barran’s assurance that he would get to the bottom of the matter.
I also had the opportunity to talk on the phone with Dr Van West Charles, CEO of GWI, who promised that normal pressure would be restored within two weeks.
Both these gentlemen kept their word, and normal water-flow to the affected area was restored about five days ago.
