Kuru Kuru siblings attacked, stabbed during Easter Day brawl

Two brothers are currently patients at the Suddie Public Hospital after they were reportedly stabbed during an altercation at Perseverance Beach, Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam) on Easter Monday.

The injured men were identified as 24-year-old Leon Thomas and 22-year-old Delroy Thomas, both of Kuru Kuru, Soesdyke/Linden Highway.
Based on reports, on the day in question at about 20:00h, the two siblings along with others were involved in a confrontation with Sherwin Stoll – an uncle of someone they previously had a brawl with.
It is alleged that the brothers were armed with knives and bottles, while Stoll armed himself with a bottle to defend himself.
Nevertheless, as Stoll went to the bar, the two brothers attacked and stabbed him in the left hand. Stoll on the other hand, manager to relieve them to their weapons and in turn stabbed them several times about their bodies.
The siblings were later found unconscious and were transported to Suddie Public Hospital. Stoll who was also injured was admitted a patient under guards.
