The Annual General meeting (AGM) of the Linden Amateur Basketball Association (LABA) will he held tonight from 19.00h at the Mackenzie Sports Club Pavilion.
High in the agenda will be the reports from President Lawrence Simon, who will chair the proceedings, secretary and treasurer.
The clubs are invited to send at least two representatives -who will represent Victory Valley Royals, Block 22 Flames, Half Mile Bulls, Bankers Trust Falcons, Amelia’s Ward Jets, Retrieve Raiders, Christianburg Pistons and Kwakwani.
However, before the start of the meeting each club must affiliate for 2018 and register their players for the new season.
More so, the Annual General Meeting of the Guyana Rugby Football Union (GRFU) will be held on Sunday January 28th at the National Racquet Centre on Woolford Avenue.
According to a press release from the GRFU, the AGM will begin at 11:00h. Members and club representatives are asked to attend.
