Breaking and entering and larceny accused Terrence Lowenfield was on Tuesday remanded to prison when he appeared before Magistrate Clive Nurse at the Linden Magistrate’s Court.
It is alleged that the 27-year-old excavator operator, of One Mile, Wismar, Linden, broke and entered the home of Jermain Maison, situated at 16 Dahlia Street, Wismar, between May 15 and May 16, 2016 and stole several items. The items included a 48-inch smart television set valued 0,000, an iPhone valued ,000, a Samsung Galaxy S3 cellphone valued ,000 and a Blu cellphone valued ,000. The items amounted to a total of 5,000.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the offence, and the prosecution objected to bail. The case will continue on June 28.
