Other speakers included club Vice President Paton George, who thanked the Bank of Baroda for its commitment to partnering with the club.
At the end of the tournament, LGC Club Secretary Chet Bowling said, “The tournament was well attended, and went very well. I think there is a rising recognition between the Bank of Baroda and the LGC, people recognise that this is a serious (partnership), so they come out and support. I think the Bank of Baroda recognises the value of being associated with the LGC. The talent was quite good, it was a fierce competition for some of the top spots, so we had a very competitive and well attended event.”
The closing remarks were made by Bank of Baroda Managing Director Arun Kumar Gupta, who complemented the LGC management and staff for hosting an outstanding event, and for their excellent upkeep of the golf grounds.
