Linden man on bail for narco-trafficking

Marlon Adonis of Lot 24 Blue Berry Hill, Wismar, Linden was on Tuesday arraigned before Linden (Region 10) Magistrate Clive Nurse on a charge detailing that on July 27, 2018, at Blue Berry Hill, Linden, he had in his possession 35.6 grams of cannabis for the purpose of trafficking.
On his first appearance before Magistrate Nurse, on July 30, the 24-year-old Adonis had told the court he had had no prior brushes with the law, and had sought to be placed on bail in a reasonable sum. That request was however denied, and he was remanded.
On Tuesday, however, Adonis was placed on $75,000 bail, and the case was set for recall on September 6.
