Nineteen-year-old Jaden Jaleel Ettienne, a labourer of Amelia’s Ward, Linden, Region 10, was remanded to prison on Tuesday for having a firearm in his possession without being the holder of a firearm licence.
He appeared before Magistrate Omadatt Chandan at the Lethem Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to him.
He pleaded not guilty and was remanded to prison. Ettienne will make his next court appearance on July 13, 2026.
