Lindener on firearm, threatening act charges

Twenty- two- year-old Seymour Shepherd was on Monday released on $300,000 when he made a virtual appearance before Magistrate Wanda Fortune on charges of discharging a loaded firearm with intent and performing a threatening act.
Seymour, who hails from Lot 145 Half Mile, Wismar, Linden was not required to plea to the charges, which stated that he discharged a loaded firearm with intent to cause bodily harm to Judy Allicock and Shenika and Shequita Chapman. The incident occurred on May 28, 2020 at Half Mile Public Road, Wismar. Another charge also stated that he made use of threatening language against the trio. The case will continue on June 26.
