A resident of Loo Creek, Soesdyke/Linden Highway was remanded to prison by Magistrate Clive Nurse on Wednesday on the charges of assault and threatening language.
It is alleged that the defendant, Collin Samuels, 39, a farmer, assaulted and made use of threatening language to Lorna Emmanuel on Saturday, August 27 at Loo Creek, Soesdyke/Linden Highway. He pleaded not guilty to both charges and will reappear in court on September 20.
