Dear Editor,
From the vociferous exultation of winning to now calling and labelling the process as one that “teems with irregularities” and is a “clear case of electoral fraud”, (“Coalition starts campaign against elections credibility”), as published in a section of the media on May 24), compromised GECOM officials among others. The calls by all and sundry from the side that once claimed it won but now crying foul are now obstreperous and obtrusive and can be equated to lost voices clamouring in the wilderness.
The greatest and most profound acts of fraud and irregularities committed on the nation are evident daily as the recount progresses.
To borrow a line, “he who asserts must prove”. Either put up or shut up and concede.
