Lucrative Ryan Crawford Memorial horserace on Sunday

The Ryan Crawford Memorial Turf Club of Alness Village, Berbice will be hosting a grand one day horserace meeting on Sunday November 19 2017.
Six races are billed for the event with the feature race being for the J-Class and

lower horses that will go the 14.000 M distance. The winner is expected to purse GY $180,000 with second place pocketing $90,000, 3rd place $45, 000 and 4th $22, 500. Other events on the card include; K/Class and lower, L1/Class and lower, L2/Class and lower, the Un-class and the Open Non-starter. Some 40 horses have already been entered in the competition with some of the top horses like; Angel Eye, Red Jet, Red Regent, Irish Boy, Daddy’s Dollar, Victoria’s Secret, Big Man in Town, Must Millions and more on exhibition. The tournament is sponsored by Kanhai’s Electrical, Stag Beers, GTM Insurance Company and numerous others. Meanwhile, admission is $1,000 at the gate with popular sound systems and a well-stocked bar in place.
