Forty-nine-year-old Makhram Lall, called “Mike”, of Letter Kenny Village, Berbice, Corentyne, was on Monday granted bail in the sum of $30,000 by Magistrate Renita Singh on a damage to property charge.

He appeared at the Whim Magistrate’s Court, where he was not required to plead to the indictment, which was read under Section 160 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act Cha. 8:01. The Virtual Complainant was 45-year-old Ramrari Singh, called “Rashmee”, of Berbice, Corentyne.
Lall is expected to return to court on September 23, 2021.
