Man slapped with wounding, threatening behaviour charges

A man was on Wednesday slapped with three charges – unlawful wounding, assault, and threatening behaviour.
Esaun Lawrence appeared before Senior Magistrate Faith Mc Gusty at the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate’s Court, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
All of the offences were contrary to the Summary Jurisdiction (Offence) Act, Chapter 8:02 and were allegedly committed on Sharon Codrington.
In the end, Lawrence was released on bail totalling $45, 000. His matters will be called again on September 13, 2022.
