Murdered priest:
George Chuck-A-Sang

It was reported that his daughter, Renata Chuck-A-Sang, had last spoken to him via a WhatsApp call on December 18, 2020, but on December 21, 2020, at about 15:00h, when she attempted to contact him, his mobile phone went unanswered.
This prompted her to visit his residence at the vicarage of St Sidwell’s Anglican Church, but again she was unable to contact him. As a result, she went to the residence of the current priest, at North East La Penitence, Georgetown, and explained the situation.
They subsequently returned to her father’s residence and the priest opened the door to his office to give her access to the upper flat of the building. It was then the body of the elderly man was discovered clad in a pair of white briefs, lying motionlessly on the floor.
Based on reports, his body bore several stab wounds and his forehead appeared to be swollen.
