The Fitzburg Recreational Ground will come alive this evening when the Mash 2020 Jumpstart Concert is held. As preparations are being made for the hosting of Guyana’s Republic anniversary, the Social Cohesion Ministry is making sure that all the regions are fully participating.
The launch was done in the mining town of Linden and one of the jumpstart concerts were held at D’Urban Park and in Lethem. Now, it’s time for Region One.
Those slated to perform on Saturday evening are Jumo “Rubber Waist” Primo, Reigning Soca Monarch, Brandon Harding; Reigning Chutney Monarch, Steven Ramphal; Melissa Vanilla Roberts and Chutney Queen, Vanita Willie.
Admission is absolutely free and the action starts at 21:00h.
