Mash-A-Rama for Marriott beachfront on Mash Night

The streets of Georgetown will see an explosion of colours and creatively as the Costume and Float Parade returns in full swing. Scores of entities have already been confirmed to hit the streets with over 2000 revellers jumping and waving the sound of soca music.
As usual, some of the biggest bands are making their adjustment to their master pieces that will undoubtedly thrill the spectators. The floats will assembly along Main Street and make their way into Church Street, then into Erving and into Thomas Land for the grand showdown at the National Park.
However, as it gets dark, the session will continue at the Marriott Beach Front for Mash-A-Rama featuring Jamaican dancehall artiste, Toney Matterhorn.
Several other local artistes are slated to perform at the event including Azriel, CKush, B Nick, Kwasi Ace, Drew Thoven, Lil Million, Stiffy Stiff, Matic Queen, Mafi Louie Banks, Babyskello, TP Killa and others.
Deejay Gully Rass, Magnum and Slata will also be in the house to set the stage with the juggling. Music will be provided by Stereo Sonics, Warrior Choice Sounds, Determine Sound, and Fusion Sound.
Tickets for the event go on sale today at HJ Box Office, StoveTop Restaurant & Bar, Freddie’s Stall in the Stabroek Bizzare and Fireside Grill & Chill and cost $3000.
