A mason has become the latest road fatality after he lost control of his motorcycle and collided with a utility pole at Atlanticville Public Road, East Coast Demerara in the wee hours of Friday.
Dead is 26-year-old Zahid Mohamed of East La Penitence, Georgetown. Based on reports received, Mohamed was heading to the city when the accident occurred.
As a result of the impact, he reportedly received severe head injuries and was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. More details in Saturday edition of the Guyana Times…
