Home News Men before court after Charlestown fight
Two men found themselves before Magistrate Fabayo Azore on Wednesday at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts where they both faced separate charges of unlawful wounding.
Forty-two-year-old Troy Nedd of Lot 17 Broad Street, Charlestown, Georgetown, denied the charge which stated that on September 27, 2018 at Broad Street, he unlawfully wounded Tenito Farley with intent to maim, disfigure, and cause grievous bodily harm.
Meanwhile, Farley was also charged for unlawfully wounding Nedd at the said location with intent to maim, disfigure and cause grievous bodily harm.
Farley also denied the charge. Nedd informed the court that he did not wish to give evidence against Farley, while Farley informed the court that he would be giving his evidence in the matter.
The Police Prosecutor made no objections to bail. Magistrate Azore dismissed the charge against Farley and released Nedd on $35,000 bail.
