Deliaha Wright was on Sunday evening crowed Miss Emancipation 2016, when the pageant was held at the National Cultural Centre. Coming in as first runner-up was Jasmine Adam while Gabriella Chapman was adjudged the second runner-up and Shellone Messiah the third runner-up.
The pageant was keenly contested by seven delegates in the introduction, business wear, evening gown and intelligence segments.
