Twenty-four-year-old Ryan Henry, a labourer of Angoy’s Avenue, New Amsterdam Berbice was granted bail in the sum of $100,000 for having a quantity of narcotics for trafficking.

Henry was arrested on Monday last at Suddie, Public Road, Essequibo Coast, Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam) with 126.7 grams of cannabis in his possession.
He was charged and appeared before Magistrate Esther Sam at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday where the charge was read to him. He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail.
The case was adjourned to March 13, 2024.
