The National Milling Company of Guyana Inc (NAMILCO) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health hosted a COVID-19 vaccination drive on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at the company’s location at Agricola, East Bank Demerara (EBD).

The exercise was a further demonstration of the company’s commitment to take all precautionary measures necessary to fight against the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) currently plaguing the world.

All employees were given the opportunity to get vaccinated to safeguard themselves, co-workers and families. In attendance were Advisor to the Health Minister, Dr Leslie Ramsammy, Dr McWatt, Dr Lall and other MoH officials.
NAMILCO thanked the Ministry and its staff for facilitating the drive.
