Narco trafficker remanded

Almost a week after he was arrested during a raid at Bourda Market, Georgetown, Kellon Albert was brought before the Georgetown Magistrates’ Courts and remanded for trafficking in narcotics on Friday.
Magistrate Leron Daly read that the accused had in his possession seven grams of cocaine on May 5, 2017, at Bourda, Georgetown.
The accused denied any knowledge of the charge brought against him. Reports are Albert resides in Charlestown, Georgetown, and is an electrician by profession.
The Prosecutor disclosed that the file is incomplete and the matter was adjourned to June 2.
