Nation Theocracy Party hails World Cricket Champions

Executive members of the Healing the Nation Theocracy Party (HNTP) in a press release today hailed the West Indies men and women on their T20 World Cup victories.
“We Would like to offer our sincere congratulations to the West Indies male and Female cricket teams on their historic performances, wining the ICC 20/20 World Cup”.
HNTP continued in their release that they are extremely proud of the achievement of both squads and would like this to be seen as a stepping stone for success in the year ahead.
The chairman of HNTP, Alfred Park in his remarks said that “Cricket and sports in general is the most powerful unifying force in the world bringing together people of all religious, political ethnic persuasions and these victories must further unite the people of the Caribbean into one nation,” Parks said.
In addition, Parks made call on CARICOM Heads of Government to use the achievements as an opportunity to further develop and expand the sport as this shows determination from the players to rise again.
“The Nation Theocracy Party is issuing a call on CARICOM to declare a national holiday for the team to travel through the length and breathe of the Region to celebrate with their West Indian fans,” the release ended.
